RIIWHS204E Working Safely at heights This unit offers a comprehensive introduction to safe work at heights, maintaining safety at work, performing work at heights, an understanding of the hierarchy of prevention of falls and clean up requirements. This is a full day course.
Introduction:
This unit is a necessary qualification for those working in roles where they are required to perform work at heights over 2 metres above ground or 1.5 metres below a surface.
Training consists of a face-to-face theory session followed by hands-on practical training. Practical training is performed on a purposely built heights safety simulator which is suitable for domestic and commercial heights training. The simulator offers a versatile range of heights safety systems to cater for all industries.
